Music has been the most rewarding thing that Keilani has learned in her life. She hopes to pass down the same sentiment to her students. Learning to play an instrument should be fun! This is why Keilani encourages students to learn songs from artists they love, whether it be traditional classical repertoire or modern hits.

Keilani graduated from the UCSD with a B.A. in Linguistics and a specialization in speech and hearing sciences. She has 10+ years of experience playing and teaching piano, guitar, and ukulele. She is an accomplished singer-songwriter and a published musician on Apple Music & Spotify. Keilani has played in multiple bands and worked with professional musicians in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. Her musical influences include the Lumineers, Billy Joel, James Taylor, Fleetwood Mac, the Head and the Heart and Johann Sebastian Bach.
