“My son and I came in to check on a saxophone rental a few days ago, and unfortunately they didn't have any available. I left my name and number for them to contact me upon any returns, not really expecting a call. As promised, Eric I believe, called me the next day to let me know they just had one return from the shop. When I went to pick it up, the man and woman behind the desk were very helpful with all of my questions, which made me feel at ease due to my lack of musical experience.
